This re-sale shopping event is considered the biggest treasure hunt and bargain shopping event in Loudoun County, and possibly all of Virginia! You’ll understand when you see 40,000 square feet of trinkets and treasures – all under cover. You can buy furniture, antiques, clothing for the entire family, designer labels at the French Room, household items, décor and holiday pieces, small appliances, tools, sporting and exercise equipment, collectibles, gift and boutique items.
A unique twist at the sale is our Silent Auction held on Saturday, October 19, 2013. Bidding closes at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and items must be paid for and picked up by close of business Saturday, October 19.
Savvy shoppers enjoy the Early Bird Hour shopping from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 19th by ticketed admission only. The Early Bird Hour is a special fundraising effort to support the Polly Clemens Nursery Fund. This limited entrance allows you to enjoy shopping before the sale officially opens at 9:00 a.m. while at the same time supporting the Nursery at Inova Loudoun Hospital
Early Bird Tickets are Ten Dollars ($10.00) each and are available in July at the Gift Shop at Inova Loudoun Hospital, the Twice Is Nice thrift shop and the Black Shutter Antique Shoppes in Historic Leesburg. Limited tickets will also be available on site.
Business and community leaders have generously the sale. Please join us in thanking these terrific business partners. While the businesses help with donations, sponsorships and gifts-in-kind, it's the individual volunteers who are the backbone of this event. Last year more than 500 volunteers picked up furniture, unloaded tractor trailers, sorted and sold the donations during "rummage week." Visit our facebook page to learn more.
Upcoming "donation days" are all-day collection events for your donations.
The 74th Annual Ladies Board Rummage Sale held in October 2012 grossed $184,000.
If you would like to make a donation, volunteer or have suggestions, please call us at 703-771-2985 or email us at info@ladiesboard.org. Please review the list of items that cannot be donated. Volunteers are on call and will meet you at the designated trailers throughout Loudoun County.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU IN OCTOBER!
