Lights of Love is a year-round program that provides an opportunity to remember or honor those who have played important roles in the lives of donors. All donations to Lights of Love go to The Ladies Board’s nursing scholarships that are awarded annually.

 

Lights of Love is an opportunity to memorialize special people who have shared in your life. The program can also serve to honor a special occasion—a birthday, an anniversary, a retirement—or as a simple “thank you” to someone.

Lights may be donated for any person or occasion. The names of those honored or remembered are then read at a special ceremony during the winter holiday season.  Each donation creates a light on the Lights of Love tree as names are read.  The names of all honored or remembered as well as their donors are then recorded in the Book of Remembrance located in the Atrium of the Lansdowne campus of Inova Loudoun Hospital.
