At Twice Is Nice, we offer an ever-changing selection of quality, gently-used clothing, accessories, home goods, furniture, collectibles, and more — all at great prices. Every purchase and donation helps support our local community by benefiting Inova Loudoun Hospital and investing in the future of healthcare in Loudoun County.

Since our founding, the Ladies Board and generous shoppers and volunteers have helped us contribute over $1 million dollars toward nursing scholarships and provide critical support for the hospital’s greatest needs, from patient services to advanced equipment and community programs. 

Please call ahead for larger donations. Donors determine the value of items donated.
