2026 advance VIP tickets are available for $60, including premium parking, while VIP Elite tickets—providing premium parking for the entire weekend—are priced at $90. All proceeds from the event support Inova Loudoun Hospital through it's greatest needs program, nursing scholarships, specialty medical equipment and medical research.

What Shoppers Can Expect
The sale showcases an expansive selection of treasures, including designer fashion, furniture, antiques, collectibles, tools, children's items, lamps, artwork, household goods, books, electronics, toys, holiday décor, jewelry, sporting goods, and much more. To aid in the shoppers experience, bag checks are station in key areas of the fairgrounds. Shoppers may take a bag, a bike, or even a piece of furniture to the bag check. It will be stowed safely until the shipper returns to pick it up.

For those seeking exclusive access, VIP and Elite VIP ticket holders will enjoy early entry to the Rummage Sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, October 16—a full day before the general public. This exclusive access allows dedicated shoppers the first opportunity to discover the best deals. Furthermore, Elite VIPs benefit from Premier Parking on both Saturday and Sunday, enhancing their weekend shopping experience even further.
