Nursing Scholarship Application for 2026
Requirements for The Ladies Board of Inova Loudoun Hospital Nursing Scholarship include all of the following. Clicking each checkbox acknowledges that you have read each requirement.
NOTE: If your graduation date is in May or June of 2026, you have missed the opportunity for this year's scholarships.
Letters will be mailed to all applicants after April 6th, 2026 of an award or not.

Do you currently work for Inova Hospital Systems (includes Loudoun, Cornwall, Fairfax, Alexandria, Mount Vernon, Inova ERs, etc.). If you are employed by another Inova medical office, or elsewhere, you will answer No and complete the information in that section.
List any other employment during the past 2 years
Status in an Accredited Nursing Program
You must include a copy of your letter of acceptance (as an attachment) which includes your name, the name of the school and nursing as your major. Note: If you are conditionally accepted, show proof of enrollment in the required classes.
REQUIRED TRANSCRIPTS OF ALL APPLICANTS: You must include an attachment of your most recent transcript, showing your name, the name of the school, your GPA, and nursing as your major. If you are not currently a student, submit your most recent transcript from within the last 5 years.

Write a few sentences in your own words (Note: There is a 1500 character limit). Do not use AI or copy/paste answers
OPTIONAL: You may include a recommendation by you manager, which must be on the business letterhead, signed, and received by March 16, 2026. This letter should be mailed to: Ms. Karen A. The deadline for submission of completed applications is March 16, 2026, at midnight.
The Ladies Board Nursing Scholarship Committee will mail all applicants letter which inform them if they did (or did not) receive a nursing scholarship. The letters will be mailed by May 10th 2026.
